View companies
The company portlet is used to setup contractor companies within tdsaccess. Details such as insurance and health & safety information can be stored against the company.
1. Select Menu => Admin => Company
2. View all companies
All companies currently created in tdsaccess are displayed. Use keyword search to find a particular company name.
Data shown by default is company code, company name, address, phone, fax, email, health & safety indicator, contact name, insurance indicator (whether insurance for contractors is to be checked), insurance number, insurance expiry date time.
2.1. Turn on hidden columns
If required turn on hidden columns for the user to view company short name, post code, internal company code, authorised signatory and external company code.
