View hours on site
The hours on site report allows users to report on the number of hours spent onsite on a person, company, department basis. The hours are calculated by taking the difference between the time a person was marked onsite and offsite.
1. Select Menu => Report => Hours on site

2. View data for today

The hours on site for the current date will be displayed by default. Use keyword search to quickly find a particular person.
Displayed is the person's home zone, company for contractors or department for employees, name, arrival (date time marked onsite), departure (date time marked offsite), id and person type.
2.1. View calculated columns

The calculated columns displayed are hours (calculated as departure - arrival), company/dept total for date range and overall hours total (for every person for the selected date range). Note: if a person has not been marked offsite yet there will not be any calculated data shown (1).
3. Change date range

Use calendar icon to select different date range if required.
4. Use more options to filter

Data displayed can be filtered by person's home zone, id, person type, company, department and active/inactive people. Company and Department allow for the user to select more than one to display.
5. Click export to csv

Click export to csv button at bottom right of the portlet to download a file of all hours on site. This can be used for further manipulation and calculations via spreadsheet software.
5.1. Click downloaded file

In chrome the downloaded csv file will appear at the bottom left of the screen. Click on the file to open in Notepad or in a spreadsheet such as Excel.
5.2. Widen columns in spreadsheet

If dates are displayed as ####### in the spreadsheet, widen the column.
6. Click print to pdf

Click print button at the bottom right of the portlet to print all of the hours on site currently displaying in the access log.
6.1. Print hours on site report

The hours on site report will open in a separate tab of the web browser. This can be printed using the print command
