The maintain portlets are designed to add/edit and delete data about people, badges and access rights.  The portlets can be created as editable or read only versions.  The Access Control Panel (ACP) provides a single overview of all data about a person.

The person portlets (Employee and Contractor) can be configured by TDS to display only columns required by the organisation.  These portlets can be used to drive filtering by person in the other maintain portlet such as Badge and Access Profile.
