Reclaim temporary badge through ACP
If a person has been issued with a temporary badge this can be reclaimed via the Access Control Panel
1. Click Reclaim Temporary button

Note: The Reclaim Temporary button will only be present on ACP if the person has a temporary badge assigned
2. Select yes to reclaim the badge

The temporary badge record will be reclaimed and the person's forgotten badge will be returned to valid. The proper valid badge will now be displayed on the ACP. The Reclaim Temporary button will become an Issue Temporary button again.
