The emergency headcount portlet displays all people who are currently marked on-site, grouped by person type.  As personnel enter and leave the site, the headcount screen is automatically updated.  In order for an organisation to get an accurate listing of personnel, it is important that all everyone shows their badge to a reader to log off site.  Alternatively people can be manually marked onsite or offsite via the person detail portlets.

The bottom part of the screen displays the list of people currently on-site (ie a headcount report).  If a zone or site is selected in the top part of the grid the persons on-site will filter.

Data displayed is the person id, person type, name, company, department, category, emergency role (dotted line (1) indicates the person has more than one emergency role), last swipe date time and zone of last swipe.  Data from the grid can be exported to csv or printed to pdf as standard (2).

4. Toggle on show highlighted

When person category reference data is created a highlight indicator can be set.  This is to indicate people that require assistance during an evacuation.   Any person with a highlighted category will display in yellow in the persons on-site grid.  Once the show highlighted button is toggled on the grid will filter to only display people that require assistance.
