Edit existing badge
Non reclaimed badges can have the version number, badge status or expiry date changed.
1. Click Edit icon
Click the edit icon for the badge to be changed (1). Note: Reclaimed badges can no longer be edited. The edit icon for reclaimed badges will appear greyed out (2).
2. Enter details
The badge number cannot be changed. If the wrong badge number has been entered, reclaim the incorrect badge and add a new badge. Version number, badge status and expiry date time (for valid badges only) can be changed.
3. Press save
Version and Status must be selected before the save button will activate.
