Add emergency role

One or more emergency roles can be assigned to a person via the maintain emergency role portlet or the ACP.  Once assigned to an emergency role the person will appear in the SIP panel grouped by role.  

1. Select person from combo

Once an active person is selected in the person combo the add button will activate.

2. If using ACP click emergency role icon

On the Access Control Panel click the cross icon to open up the emergency role portlet.

3. Click add button

To add emergency roles to a person that has no existing role click the Add button.

4. Select emergency roles

One or more emergency roles can be selected from the multiple select drop down list.  

5. Press save

Press save

The save button will highlight once one or more emergency roles are selected.
