Add accident

This portlet is used to record accidents that require an emergency to be started.

1. Click add button

Click add button

2. Enter accident information

The site, start time and accident description are required fields.   Accident description is free text to record more information about the emergency.  Accident location, also free text, can be used to record further detail about the location of the emergency.  

3. Click save

Click save

The save button will activate once all required accident information has been entered.  The SIP panel will update the time since last accident automatically.
