Print missing list report
The emergency headcount portlet can be used to print the corinio missing list report. This is a report of everyone currently missing within the site or zone that is in emergency. It provides sign off sections to use in case of emergency evacuations. Note: printers need to be pre-configured by TDS to enable printing of the missing list report through this portlet.
1. Scroll to area in emergency
Scroll through the top section of the headcount to find the site or zone currently in emergency.
2. Click printer icon
Click printer icon to the right of the zone or site to print the missing list for this area.
3. Select printer
Use drop down list to find printers configured for corinio.
4. Select missing list report
Use drop down list to select missing list report type.
5. Click print
