Configure fields to display

A role with tdsaccess administrator rights is able to configure the fields to display in the reduced view portlet.

1. Select Menu => Admin => System Settings

Select Menu => Admin => System Settings
Type reduced into search

The name of the required setting is person_detail_reduced_columns.  Use the keyword search to find this setting.

3. Click edit icon

4. Remove fields not required

Remove fields not required

Remove any fields not required from the setting value list.  Ensure to leave the double quotes around all columns and the comma separator.

5. Click save

Click save
