View person status
The Person Status portlet displays the Person’s photo along with information like the current badge, the badge status, the Site Status and the latest location that the person has swiped into. This portlet does not display visitor information.
1. Select Menu => View => Access Rights by Terminal
2. Search for person
Type the person id or name into the person combo box at the top of the portlet and click on the required person to select.
3. View person data
The person status portlet shows an overview of the person with data such as current badge number, status of current badge, whether they are allowed visitors, security clearance information, whether they are onsite or offsite and the person's last known location. During an emergency the person status portlet will display whether the person is missing or not.
3.1. Toggle on/off auto refresh
Toggle on or off the auto refresh button as required. When the button displays in darker grey the auto refresh is on.
