Print roll call report
The emergency headcount portlet can be used to print the corinio roll call report. This is a report of everyone currently onsite within a site or zone. This report can be configured by TDS to be grouped by either assembly point or zone. It provides sign off sections to use in case of emergency evacuations. Note: printers need to be pre-configured by TDS to enable printing of the corinio roll call report through this portlet.
1. Scroll to area to print
Scroll through the top section of the headcount to find the site or zone to print.
2. Click printer icon
Click printer icon to the right of the zone or site to print the roll call for this area.
3. Select printer
Use drop down list to find printers configured for corinio.
4. Select roll call report type
Use drop down list to select roll call report type.
5. Click print
