View emergency roles
People can be assigned one or more emergency roles through the emergency role portlet or via the ACP. Available emergency roles are maintained in the Reference Data portlet. Visitors do not display in this portlet.
1. Select Menu => Maintain => Emergency Role

The portlet will open displaying all personnel with emergency roles assigned.
2. View all assigned emergency roles

When the portlet first opens all people with emergency roles assigned are displayed. A dotted line under the emergency role indicates that the person has multiple roles assigned. The keyword search can be used for a quick search of the portlet.
2.1. Use more options to filter

If required the more options button can be used to filter by person type, active/inactive people or emergency role(s).
3. Select person from combo

To view emergency roles for a single person, select the person in the top combo.
3.1. Hover mouse over emergency role

If the person has more than one emergency role assigned a dotted line will appear under the emergency role. Place the mouse over the dotted line to see any other roles assigned.
