View status of doors
The door control portlet allows the user to view the current status of all active doors (terminals) in tdsaccess.
1. Select Menu => Task => Door Control
2. View all door statuses
The portlet displays in terminal code order a list of all terminals with the current door status (locked, opened, blocked or set to a time profile) Use the keyword search to look for a particular terminal (1). Only currently active terminals are displayed.
Data displayed by default is terminal code, terminal long description, terminal short description, door status, time profile code, time profile description, terminal type id, terminal type description, in zone code, in zone description, site code and site description.
2.1. Use more options to filter
The portlet can be filtered to display terminals belonging to a particular site or zone. It can also be used to find a particular terminal or all terminals currently with a selected door status.
3. Use auto refresh
Toggle on the auto refresh button (click the button so it remains dark grey) to ensure door statuses displayed are updated if there is a change.
