Reclaim badge
Badges need to be reclaimed before a person can be assigned a new valid badge and also before the same badge number can be assigned again. Once a badge is reclaimed this cannot be undone. If a badge is reclaimed by mistake it must be added again.
1. Click reclaim this badge icon
Click the reclaim icon on the left of the action column for the badge to be reclaimed.
2. Click yes to confirm
Once confirmed the badge status will be changed to reclaimed and the action icons will be greyed out on the portlet.
