Add person through ACP
New people can be added to tdsaccess via the ACP. The functionality is exactly the same as if the person was added through the person detail portlets in the maintain menu.
Note: The data fields displayed on the person detail portlet can be configured per client. A user role can also be configured to display the reduced person detail portlet which will display less fields (see person detail section of manual for further details).
1. Open Access Control Panel
Select Menu => Maintain => Access Control Panel.

2. Click add button

3. Select person type

Note: If tdsaccess is integrated with HR system the person type Employee will not be available to be selected. Employees must be added via the HR interface.
4. Enter data

Enter data as required. Person id, home zone, department and start date are mandatory fields. Mandatory fields are indicated by an asterisks* (1)
5. Click save
