Apply to role
The reduced person view is applied at the user role level.
1. Select Menu => Admin => User Role Management
2. Search for role
Use keyword search (1) to find role that requires reduced person detail view. Alternatively create a new role by using the add button (2).
3. Click edit icon
4. Click next to last step
Click next button in wizard to move to the last step - Other Options.
5. Check on reduced view
Tick on the check box next to use person detail reduced view.
6. Click finish
