View reduced person detail via ACP

Once the reduced person detail option has been applied to a user's role, when the user opens this portlet the reduced set of fields will be displayed. It is the same whether the person detail portlet is opened via the ACP or directly through the maintain menu.

Note: When reduced person detail options is applied, this is also applied to all subset person detail portlets such as employee detail, contractor detail, host detail etc.

1. Select Menu => Maintain => Access Control Panel

Select Menu => Maintain => Access Control Panel

2. Select person

Select person

Type name or ID in person combo search.  Select required person from list.

3. Click person detail icon

Click person detail icon

4. View reduced person details

Only fields included in the reduced person detail view system setting will be displayed.

5. Add reduced person detail

When the add button is clicked the same reduced view of person details will be displayed.
