Edit employee or contractor
Note: Sites integrated with HR systems will only be able to edit employee data relevant for access control.
1. Find person record

Use either keyword search or more options filter to find the person to edit.
2. Click edit icon

Note: The edit icon will not appear for user roles with read only access or if the portlet has been setup as readonly.
3. Make changes

Change required data. Most drop down combo boxes are controlled via the Reference Data portlet. The person's active photo will be displayed in the top left of the edit form if that has been uploaded via the badge production system. Any fields marked as * are required.
4. Press save

The save button will only activate once all required fields are entered (1). Mandatory fields that do not have data populated will highlight in red (2).
