Add employee or contractor
Note: For sites integrated with HR systems it is not possible to add employees through tdsaccess.
1. Click add button

Note: If the portlet is configured as ready only or the user level role has read only access, the Add button will not appear.
2. Enter details for the person

Person ID - this is a required field and must be unique for each person. The system can be setup by TDS to either auto generate a unique ID (1) or the data can be typed in by the user. The format of the generated code can be configured. Most drop down list combo boxes are configurable through the Reference Data portlet.
3. Press save

The save button will only activate once all mandatory fields are populated. Any required items have an * next to the label (eg Department (1) ). Extra mandatory fields can be configured for the client by TDS.
